Always Seeking
It seems that the only thing I blog about is food. I blame this on winter vacation and being at home, but that should not take away from the delectable sandwich you see before you. Milano’s Delicatessen in orient heights East Boston has been one of my favorite spots to get lunch since I’ve been coming to Boston. Whether it is one of there many pasta dishes, their remarkable arancini, or their many Italian style sandwiches you are in for a phenomenal meal.
On a side note my next post is coming to you live from Barcelona, Spain during my seamster abroad. The college aspect of this blog will start to show its true colors.
It has been a while since my last blog post. Finals on top of finals the past couple weeks have prevented me from getting online, but now that my first semester of Junior year is in the books, it’s time to bring the blog home. Depicted is the almost legendary North Shore breakfast chain Bagel World. It had been a while since I had been in Marblehead, MA so we decided to stop in for some breakfast. Whether you chose to bear pandemonium of ordering at the counter or the lengthy drive through wait times, you are in for a fantastic bagel.
Today is a very special day. A good friend of mine (Kevin) turned twenty-one years of age and in celebration I brought him to one of my favorite dives in Amherst Center, The Lone Wolf. Eggs Benedict was for breakfast - and (as you can see) breakfast always puts a smile on my face. Nothing like gooey egg yokes dripping over goat cheese and an English muffin. Happy Birthday Buddy, to many more to come!
I started this blog as an outlet for my thoughts, a place for my pictures, and to connect with my friends. So where does it all start? Boxford, Massachusetts. My home. Boston is in my blood, I grew up there, but a couple moves landed me more north, moving me into the woods.
Whose woods these are I think I know,
Magical when filled up with snow,
Embodied by darkness when the moon is low,
Welcoming, meaningful, detaining.
